Speaking and media

I speak, moderate and advocate for better conversations around women's sexual health, menopause and pleasure, on stages, in the media and within the communities shaping women's health.

I believe pleasure is a longevity practice.

We are all being handed more years. Most of the advice about those years is about what to give up. I am interested in what makes them worth having. Pleasure, intimacy, connection and desire do not retire, and our bodies, hormones and relationships evolve rather than simply diminish.

  1. Connect to your body. Your body isn't something to fix. It's something to listen to.
  2. Understand your pleasure. Pleasure is the pathway. You don't have to earn it first.
  3. Find your voice. If something in you whispers, I miss that part of myself, listen.
  4. Advocate for what you need. Saying it out loud, to a doctor or a partner, is a skill. It gets built one conversation at a time.
  5. Age with pleasure. Aliveness, agency and confidence, for as many years as you get.

Short bio

I'm Gabriella Espinosa. I host a podcast where doctors, educators and founders say the things nobody said to me. I speak, moderate and advocate for better conversations around women's sexual health, menopause and pleasure, on stages, in the media and within the communities shaping women's health. I do all of it from Austin, Texas.
